Romano Lemm began his career as a hockey player with the Kloten Flyers of the National League A, for which he had already played in his youth. After the attackers had been reported in the 2000-01 season, his professional debut in the National League B with HC Thurgau, Lemm was the first time in the playoffs of the 2001-02 season for the Kloten Flyers on the ice.
